Manufactured under the trademark ACRYLITE®, our acrylic sheet products offer high-quality characteristics and are easy to clean and fabricate. We utilize two methods of manufacturing our acrylic sheet products:
ACRYLITE® GP acrylic sheet is a cell-cast acrylic sheet made to exacting standards. It offers excellent optical characteristics, light stability and low internal stress levels for consistent performance.
ACRYLITE® FF acrylic sheet is continuously manufactured. This proprietary, innovative process results in sheet products that are economical yet provide tight thickness tolerance, high optical characteristics and low stress levels.
Whether you choose to use cell-cast or continuously manufactured ACRYLITE sheet products, you will find many of the same dependable, high-quality characteristics.
- Optical Clarity - ACRYLITE sheet products provide excellent light transmission and will not yellow over prolonged periods of time.
- Weather Resistance - ACRYLITE sheet's durability properties enable it to maintain its original strength, appearance and color despite extreme weather conditions.
- Lightweight - ACRYLITE sheet is half the weight of glass with many times the impact resistance.
- Colors & Textures - ACRYLITE sheet is available in colorless and a variety of standard and custom colors, and with three surface options: glossy, matte and textured. Our cell-cast process enables us to match virtually any shade, pantone or customer color.
- Easy to Fabricate - ACRYLITE sheet products are easily fabricated using a variety of methods. They can be sawed, routed, drilled, cemented, thermoformed, painted or silkscreened.
